The red light district. Take a look in the evening. It's surreal to see the prostitutes posing in the windows (do not take their picture as the bouncers are likely to take your camera. Also visit the erotic museum. Be careful of pickpockets and muggers.
Visit the smoking coffee shops. However don't assume you can smoke outside or around the city. Only in the shops.
Trams are the best way to get around the city
You should reserve accommodation in the high season
The Flying Pig hostels in Centrum are highly recommended
Avoid the touts as some of the accommodation doesn't conform with fire regulations Food and Drink:

There are fast food chains such as KFC all over the place. Try one of the 'brown cafes' for a cheap meal.
